We print corrugated two ways: direct flexo for cost-effective branding on transit boxes, and litho-lamination, offset-printed paper mounted to board, for near-carton print quality on retail corrugated.
The fluted surface limits fine detail in direct print. For logos and simple branding, flexo is ideal and economical; for photographic, shelf-ready graphics, litho-lamination delivers carton-grade print on corrugated.
Branded boxes need repeatable colour. We lock the colour so the box looks the same across runs, whether flexo or litho-laminated.
The box still has to protect. We keep the construction's strength while adding print, choosing flute and process so branding doesn't compromise durability.
