These terms govern your use of this website and the enquiries you send through it. They are not the contract for a print job. That is formed separately, when we issue a written quotation and you accept it with a purchase order.
This website is operated by LeRoy Print Packs, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means anyone using the site.

You may browse the site, and download or print pages, for your own business purposes in evaluating us as a supplier. You may not:
We may withdraw or change any part of the site at any time. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
The text, photographs, page designs, calculators, guides and the LeRoy Print Packs name and logo are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
Third-party names, logos and trade marks appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown to identify companies we have produced work for and do not imply that those companies endorse, recommend, or are affiliated with us.
This one matters, so it is worth reading properly. When you send us artwork, logos, text, images, fonts, dielines or any other material to print, you confirm that:
We print what you supply. We do not verify ownership of artwork and cannot be expected to. If a third party brings a claim against us because of material you supplied, you agree to indemnify us against it, including our reasonable legal costs. We may refuse or stop any job we believe to be unlawful or infringing.
You keep all rights in your artwork. We use it only to produce your order. Dies, plates, cylinders and screens we make remain our property unless the quotation says otherwise, even where their cost has been charged to you.
The price calculators and the quote builder on this site are indicative only. They produce broad ranges from typical market rates to help you budget. They are not quotations, not offers, and cannot be relied on as a price. The same is true of the technical calculators under Tools: they are planning aids, and you should confirm any figure that matters with us before committing to it.
A binding price comes only from a written quotation issued by us for your specification. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume the specification, quantity and artwork we were given. Changes to any of those, or movements in paper and board prices, may change the price, and we will tell you before proceeding.
No payment is taken through this website. An order is formed when we accept your purchase order in writing against our quotation.
Cancellation. Everything we make is manufactured to your specification and cannot be resold, so cancellation depends on how far the job has gone. Before we make plates or dies, you can usually cancel at no cost or for the cost of work already done. Once plates, dies or cylinders are made, or material has been bought or printing has started, you are liable for the costs incurred to that point. We will always tell you what that figure is before you decide.
Quantity tolerance. Print and conversion runs vary. Unless the quotation says otherwise, delivery of up to 10% over or under the ordered quantity is normal trade practice and is charged pro rata at the quoted rate.
Colour and material variance. Colours on your screen will not match printed ink, and printed output varies slightly between runs and between substrates. Where an exact colour matters, ask for a physical strike-off on the production substrate and approve that. An approved strike-off is the reference we work to.
If something is wrong. Please inspect goods on delivery and tell us in writing within 7 days of any shortage, damage or defect, keeping the affected goods available for us to inspect. Where a job falls short of the approved specification or strike-off, we will reprint or credit the affected quantity at our option. Goods made correctly to an approved specification are not returnable, since they have no other customer.
Because we take no online payment and hold no advance through this website, there is no online refund process. Any credit or adjustment is settled against your account on the terms of the relevant invoice.
Lead times quoted on this site and in our quotations are working estimates from the date artwork is approved and the specification is locked. They are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates, and they do not run while we are waiting on your approval. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where we are prevented from performing by something outside our reasonable control, we are not liable for the delay, but we will tell you promptly and agree a revised date.
The guides, comparisons, glossary, materials pages and blog are general information about printing and packaging, written to be useful rather than exhaustive. Board grades, adhesive performance, compression values and regulatory requirements all vary with the specific product, supplier and conditions of use. Nothing on this site is professional, regulatory or legal advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Specifications we confirm in writing for your job are what govern that job.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contracts, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of this website or from information on it. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Linktree, Google Maps, our sister brand Labelify, and to client websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies. Changes do not affect an order already accepted.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
