Shrink sleeves are the only label that wraps the whole product in your story. Done well, they let a designer use every degree of the cylinder; done poorly, they distort and disappoint. We print sleeves on the substrates that shrink predictably, with distortion compensation built into the prepress.
Shrink sleeves are printed reverse on PVC, PET, or PETG film and seamed into a tubular form. We pre-distort artwork during prepress so that the design lands on the bottle as drawn, not as deformed. Steam tunnel and air tunnel shrink performance both validated.
