What ECT and BCT values can you guarantee on export cartons?

Our standard 5-ply construction guarantees ECT 32+ and BCT 10–14 kgf/cm². With premium virgin kraft liners and optimised flute bonding, we can push ECT above 40 and BCT above 16 kgf/cm². We test every batch on our box compression tester before dispatch and provide the batch certificate. If your buyer's acceptance specification lists specific values, we will engineer to meet them and guarantee the result — not approximate it.

Can you test cartons against our buyer's acceptance specification?

Yes. We offer pre-production sample testing — we build a small batch of cartons to your spec, test them against the BCT, ECT, burst strength, and dimensional accuracy values in your buyer's acceptance spec, and share the test report before you commit to the full order. This is standard practice for first-time industrial export programmes. We also offer on-dock batch testing with every shipment — your dispatch documents include that shift's test certificate.

Do you offer moisture-resistant liners for sea freight?

Yes. We offer wax-lined and water-resistant kraft liners for cartons that will spend weeks in a sea container where humidity can reach 90%. The liner treatment prevents moisture absorption that would otherwise weaken the flute structure and reduce compression strength mid-voyage. For particularly humid routes — Mumbai to Rotterdam via the Suez, or Chennai to Lagos — a moisture-resistant liner can be the difference between a carton that collapses on arrival and one that stacks clean at destination.

What is your lead time for large industrial carton orders?

Standard lead time is 10–14 working days for new orders including die-making, sampling, and full production. For repeat orders with dies and profiles on file, 7–10 working days. For very large orders — 50,000 cartons or more — we provide a phased delivery schedule aligned to your shipping calendar, with the first lot dispatched in 10–14 working days and subsequent lots following at weekly intervals.
